Robert L’Arrivee is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Politics and International Affairs at Furman University. His research focuses on the integration of Greek philosophy and Islamic thought, particularly through the works of al-Farabi. He previously taught at Colgate University and Skidmore College, and held a research position at Princeton University’s James Madison Program.
