Robert J. Warren

Robert J. Warren is an Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific, Western University of Health Sciences. He also serves as Associate Provost for Clinical Affairs and Executive Director of WesternU Health. He joined the university in 2012.

Education: Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from the same university’s College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific, awarded in 2001.

Professional Licenses: California State License via the Osteopathic Medical Board of California, and DEA Controlled Substances registration. His primary work site is the Western University Patient Care Center (2012–Present).

Professional Affiliations: Member of the American Osteopathic Association and the Osteopathic Physicians & Surgeons of California since 2012.
