Robert J. Cave

Robert J. Cave is a Professor of Chemistry at Harvey Mudd College, specializing in theoretical and computational chemistry. He holds a B.S. from Michigan State University and a Ph.D. from the California Institute of Technology. His research focuses on electronic structure theory, electron transfer processes, and quantum chemistry applications, particularly in understanding molecular reactivity and excited states. He has advised numerous undergraduate researchers, many of whom contributed to high-impact publications.
