Robert Huang

Robert Huang is an Assistant Professor of Theoretical Physics and William H. Hurt Scholar at the California Institute of Technology. Previously, he served as a Visiting Associate at Caltech from 2024 to 2025 before transitioning to his current role in 2025. He holds a B.S. from National Taiwan University (2018) and a Ph.D. from Caltech (2024). His research focuses on theoretical physics, with broad interests spanning quantum mechanics, condensed matter theory, and mathematical physics. Huang is affiliated with the Division of Physics, Mathematics and Astronomy and contributes to Caltech's academic and research initiatives in foundational physics disciplines.
