Robert Hinks is an Associate Professor in the Department of Engineering at Arizona State University's College of Technology and Innovation. He joined ASU in 1981, transferring to the Polytechnic campus in 2004, where he helped pioneer innovative engineering education programs. His expertise focuses on water resources and hydrology.
