Randall Cerveny is a Professor of Geographical Sciences at Arizona State University (ASU), where he has been teaching since 1986. He holds the title of President's Professor, recognizing his contributions to undergraduate education. As Rapporteur on Extreme Records for the United Nations/World Meteorological Organization (WMO), he verifies global weather records.
