Robert Gagné is a Professor in the Department of Applied Economics at HEC Montréal. He also serves as Director of the Department of Applied Economics, Director of the Centre for Productivity and Prosperity – Walter J. Somers Foundation, and Fellow at CIRANO (Center for Interuniversity Research and Analysis on Organizations). His work focuses on tax policy, insurance economics, and productivity analysis.
