Robert D. Kuest

Robert D. Kuest is an Adjunct Associate Professor of Ministry at Hope International University, affiliated with the College of Ministry and the Department of Ministry & Biblical Studies. He has served in this part-time academic role since 1994, teaching both undergraduate and graduate courses in leadership and conflict transformation.

His books and articles explore leadership beginnings, relationships, and educational tools for ministry development, primarily within evangelical Christian frameworks.

His work is supported by extensive field experience in cross-cultural ministry and leadership training.

He is actively involved in leadership development programs, particularly for emerging church leaders in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. His professional presentations include training high school Christian camps, national pastor conferences, and missionary conventions. He has also contributed to Christian camping leadership and global theological education initiatives.
