Robert Biscontri is the Associate Dean, Undergraduate and International Programs at the Asper School of Business, University of Manitoba. His research focuses on earnings forecasting, neural networks in accounting, pharmaco-economics, and healthcare cost-effectiveness analysis. He teaches courses in managerial accounting, accounting information systems, and data analytics at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Research Interests: Combines accounting methodologies with healthcare economics, particularly analyzing antipsychotic drug utilization and financial distress prediction using neural networks. His work spans corporate financial modeling and pharmaceutical cost-effectiveness studies.
Publications: Published in Journal of Child and Adolescent Psychopharmacology, International Journal of Management Accounting Research, and PLoS ONE.
