Robert E. Bayliss is a Professor in the Department of Spanish & Portuguese at the University of Kansas, College of Liberal Arts & Sciences. A specialist in Early Modern Spanish literature and cultural studies, he holds a Ph.D. in Hispanic Literature and Comparative Literature from Indiana University (2003), an M.A. in Comparative Literature from the University of Georgia (1997), and a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame (1994).
