Professor Robert A Paton is Professor of Management and Deputy Head of School at the University of Glasgow's Business School. His academic career spans several decades with significant contributions to the fields of change management, service innovation, and co-created value.
Professor Paton's research focuses on change, service innovation and co-created value in business and supply chain networks, with particular interest in promoting meaningful and sustainable service transactions within partnership settings. His expertise includes:
