Dr. Robbin Durham is an Assistant Professor of Social Work at Concord University, affiliated with the Department of Social Work and Sociology within the College of Professional and Liberal Studies. She holds a Doctor of Social Work (DSW) from the University of Kentucky (2024), a Master of Social Work (MSW) from West Virginia University (1987), and a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Alderson-Broaddus College (1986).

Her research and practice focus on clinical social work supervision, mental health, and integrated behavioral health, with experience in community mental health, school-based health, and Federally Qualified Health Centers. She developed a statewide supervision training model endorsed by the West Virginia Board of Social Work and has created training programs for social workers across the state.
Dr. Durham is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) since 1995 and Board Certified in Clinical Social Work. She has served as an adjunct professor at Concord University and West Virginia University and is deeply committed to preparing future social workers in mental health. She actively participates in professional organizations, including the National Association of Social Workers (regional representative and president) and the American Board of Examiners in Clinical Social Work.
