Rita Zhang is an Associate Professor in the School of Property, Construction and Project Management at RMIT University. She holds a postdoctoral background from RMIT’s Centre for Construction Work Health and Safety Research and prior experience as a Research Assistant at the University of Hong Kong. Research interests include health and safety climate/culture, integrated supply chain safety approaches, and corporate social responsibility.
