Dr Rimante Ronto is a Senior Lecturer in Public Health and Researcher in Public Health Nutrition at Macquarie University's Department of Health Sciences, affiliated with the Smart Green Cities Research Centre. Her work focuses on food literacy, sustainable food systems, and strategies to improve dietary behaviors through policy, education, and environmental interventions.
