Dr. Ricki Ginsberg is an Associate Professor and Director of English Education at Colorado State University (CSU), holding a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Connecticut. She specializes in literacy education, book censorship advocacy, and community-grounded pedagogy. As Co-Chair of CSU's Academic Freedom committee, she actively opposes educational censorship. She has served as President of the Assembly on Literature for Adolescents (ALAN) and Co-Editor of The ALAN Review. Her work includes directing the True Color Effects program and co-leading the BIToC Collective.
