Richard Weinkamer

Dr. Richard Weinkamer is a Research Professor and Group Leader at the Max Planck Institute of Colloids and Interfaces (Potsdam, Germany), where he has led the Biomaterials research group since 2003. He holds associated investigator roles at Humboldt University Berlin's Cluster of Excellence 'Image Knowledge Gestaltung' (since 2012) and the Berlin-Brandenburg School for Regenerative Therapies (since 2014).

Leadership: Heads a research group specializing in Biomaterials and Mechanobiology at the Max Planck Institute, fostering interdisciplinary collaborations across materials science and biological physics.
