Richard Webby

Professor Richard Webby is affiliated with the Business School at the University of New South Wales (UNSW Sydney) and holds the academic rank of Professor in the School of Information Systems and Technology Management.

His research interests include time series forecasting, decision support systems, software engineering, information systems, and cultural aspects in IT services. His work has focused on integrating event information into judgmental forecasting, analyzing task complexity and DSS sophistication, and developing tools for visualizing software processes.

Professor Webby has published extensively in conferences and journals such as the International Journal of Forecasting and the Journal of Information Technology. His empirical investigations span forecasting methodologies, hypermedia development, and software process modeling.
