Professor Richard Rose is a leading scholar in comparative public policy analysis, affiliated with the University of Strathclyde's Department of Politics. He founded the Centre for the Study of Public Policy and holds fellowships in four national academies. His work addresses democracy health, electoral systems, and EU governance.
