Richard Renshaw

Richard Renshaw is a Visiting Fellow at Cranfield School of Management, Cranfield University, where he lectures on the MSc in Logistics and Supply Chain Management and co-authored modules on Sales and Operations Planning and Six Sigma.

• BSc in Electronic Engineering from the University of Dundee
• MSc in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Cranfield University (2003), awarded the Cranfield Management Association prize for his thesis on 'build to order' cost modelling

His research spans Logistics and Supply Chain Management with expertise in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Six Sigma methodologies, and business transformation. He has implemented global S&OP systems across healthcare, pharmaceuticals, food manufacturing, and technology sectors, while designing operating models for geographically dispersed organizations in over 15 countries including Switzerland, USA, Australia, Saudi Arabia, and Ghana. His work emphasizes cross-functional integration and operational efficiency in complex international supply chains.
