Shao Hung Goh

Dr. Shao Hung Goh is an Adjunct Senior Lecturer at the Department of Analytics & Operations (DAO) within the NUS Business School. He specializes in supply chain management, operations management, logistics, and business analytics. With over 15 years of industry experience, he has worked in senior roles at multinational companies in supply chain services and container shipping, and currently runs a logistics consultancy. Dr. Goh holds a PhD in Management Science from Lancaster University, an MSc in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the National University of Singapore, and an MSc in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.

His professional expertise includes strategy development, M&A advisory in logistics, and executive workshop facilitation as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). His research focuses on supply chain resilience, sustainability, and the integration of analytical methods into operational decision-making. He has contributed to studies on low-carbon logistics, foldable container innovations, and S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes.

Dr. Goh’s advisory work spans strategic growth initiatives and transformational projects for logistics firms across Asia-Pacific. His consultancy emphasizes bridging academic insights with industry practices, particularly in mitigating supply chain risks and enhancing operational efficiency.
