Richard Paul Rogers

Richard Paul Rogers is a British and Italian citizen currently working at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland (SUPSI) since 2013. He serves as the Head of the Foreign Languages Area (LIST) since 2021 and is a key figure in language education and assessment at the Department of Education and Learning / Higher School of Pedagogy.

• Education: Social Work (Plymouth University), CELTA (2001), DELTA Modules 1-3 (2009-2021), currently pursuing CAS in Academic Management.

With over two decades of experience, Rogers transitioned from social work to English language teaching in 2001. He has worked in the UK, Italy, Argentina, and Switzerland, and has been an authorized Cambridge English oral examiner since 2012. His expertise spans:
