Richard Parker

Richard Parker serves as an Assistant Teaching Professor in the Accounting department at Leeds School of Business, University of Colorado Boulder. He joined the faculty in 2019 and maintains an active CPA license in Colorado.

His educational background includes an MSBA in Accounting from San Francisco State University and a BS in Economics from Union College in New York. Prior to academia, Parker built a diverse career path starting with audit experience at KPMG, followed by CFO roles across multiple sectors including non-profit organizations, manufacturing companies, and technology startups.
