Susan Morley is a Teaching Professor in the Accounting department at the Leeds School of Business, University of Colorado Boulder. She holds a JD from the University of Colorado Law School, an MS in Accounting from the University of Colorado Boulder, and a BA in Sociology from the University of Kentucky.
Professor Morley has extensive professional experience in both accounting and law. After earning her Master's degree, she became a CPA and worked for Price Waterhouse in Denver's tax department, followed by a position in the tax department of a Fortune 500 mining company. After completing law school, she obtained her law license and practiced in Boulder, specializing in tax, estate planning, and business law.

Professor Morley has received significant recognition for her teaching and service, including the Joseph L. Frascona Teaching Excellence Award in 2010 and the David Clough Faculty Support Award in 2009. She serves on CU's Pro Sports Counseling Panel at the Chancellor's request.
Her professional credentials include being a Colorado licensed attorney and a Certified Public Accountant. During her time at law school, she served as President of the University of Colorado Law Review in 1988 and was active in the Women's Law Caucus.
