Richard Norman is a Professor in the Curtin School of Population Health at Curtin University, serving as Dean of the Graduate Research School and a member of the Pharmaceutical Benefits Advisory Committee (PBAC) and its Economics Sub-Committee. He holds a BA(Hons) in Philosophy and Economics and an MSc in Health Economics from the University of York, UK, and a PhD from the University of Technology Sydney.
