Professor Richard Moorhead is a distinguished academic in Law and Professional Ethics at the University of Exeter's Law School. His interdisciplinary research spans lawyers’ ethics, regulation, courts, legal services, and access to justice, collaborating with economists, management scientists, and psychologists. He has held advisory roles on the Data Evidence and Science Board at the Ministry of Justice, the Civil Justice Council, and the Legal Services Consultative Panel, and advises the Women and Equalities Select Committee on NDAs.
