Richard Li is a Postdoctoral Fellow in Computer Science & Engineering at the University of Washington, where he also completed his PhD. He is co-advised by James Fogarty and Shwetak Patel and affiliated with the DUB Group and Ubicomp Lab.
Research interests include human-computer interaction, ubiquitous computing, sensor-based systems, and machine learning for real-world problem-solving. His work focuses on designing cognitive screening assessments, modeling physical human activities, and enabling novel interaction techniques.
