Richard Koontz serves as Lecturer in Law and Director of the Iowa Nonprofit Resource Center at the University of Iowa College of Law, where he co-teaches specialized courses on Cultural Property and Non-Profit Organizations with Professor Willard "Sandy" Boyd across both the College of Law and College of Business.
