Dr. Richard Kjellgren is a Research Fellow at the Salvation Army Centre for Addiction Services and Research within the University of Stirling's Faculty of Social Sciences. He holds a PhD exploring online technologies' role in facilitating exploitation within UK off-street sex markets, emphasizing open-source intelligence in policing sex trafficking.
