Richard Carroll is a Teaching Professor at American University's School of Public Affairs, Department of Government, specializing in international economics and political economy. With degrees from Georgetown University (B.A., M.A.) and the University of Pennsylvania (MBA), he brings expertise in economic evaluation of presidential administrations and income/wealth distribution.
