Richard Brutchey is a Professor in the Department of Chemistry at the University of Southern California, leading the Brutchey Group since its establishment in 2007. His research focuses on chimie douce materials synthesis to address challenges in catalysis, energy storage/conversion, and sustainability. He was recently named a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry (FRSC) for his contributions to chemistry.
