Richard A. Bierschbach is the current Dean and John W. Reed Professor of Law at Wayne State University Law School. Previously, he served as Vice Dean at Yeshiva University’s Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. His expertise spans criminal law/procedure, administrative law, and legal education. A decorated scholar, his work appears in top journals like Yale Law Journal and Michigan Law Review. He has clerked for Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O’Connor and held roles in the U.S. Department of Justice and leading law firms.
