Ricardo Pazos Castro

Ricardo Pazos Castro is an Associate Professor at the Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid, holding a position in the Department of Private Law. Previously, he served as a postdoctoral researcher at the Universidade de Santiago de Compostela, funded by the Xunta de Galicia's grant program. He earned his PhD in 2017 from the University of Santiago de Compostela, focusing on 'The Content Control of the General Conditions of Recruitment.'

His research primarily revolves around consumer protection law, EU product liability, contract law, and digital economy regulation.
