Ricardo Martinez

Ricardo Martinez is an Assistant Professor of Practice in Saxophone at the Conservatory of Music, University of the Pacific. He holds a BM from the University of Minnesota, MM and DM from Indiana University Jacobs School of Music, and a Médaille d’Or from the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional de Cergy-Pontoise. His expertise spans classical saxophone performance, chamber music, and advocacy for new music.

Martinez actively adjudicates CMEA festivals and teaches masterclasses.
