Ria Dunkley

Professor Ria Dunkley is a Professor of Environmental Pedagogy at the University of Glasgow, affiliated with the School of Health & Wellbeing. Her work focuses on ecopedagogy, community engagement, and climate action, emphasizing practical responses to environmental challenges. She leads the GALLANT project, supports the CIVIS Hub for Climate, Energy, and Environment, and serves as an Associate Director of the Centre for Sustainable Solutions.

Her research explores how communities and educators co-create sustainable practices through citizen science and place-based learning.
