Rhonda BeLue

Rhonda BeLue is an Associate Professor in Health Policy and Administration (HPA), Public Health Sciences, and Demography at Pennsylvania State University, where she has taught since 2005. She holds a doctoral degree in Policy Analysis and Management from Cornell University. Her research focuses on health disparities in families and children, evaluation methodology, vulnerable populations, and global health, with publications in peer-reviewed journals. Dr. BeLue is known for her mentorship, fostering long-term professional relationships with students, including Chelsie White, whom she guided in statistical analysis for a national conference presentation. She has received prestigious awards, including the 2015 Multicultural Resource Center Diversity Award and recognition as Distinguished Honors Faculty in 2014–2015.
