Rhiannon Armitage is a Research Fellow at the School of Psychology, University of Sussex, where she investigates the intersection of biological health, lifestyle factors, and workplace interventions. Her work includes the Sussex 4-Day Week interventional trial, analyzing how reduced working hours affect immune function, mental health, and sleep via big data approaches in the UK Biobank. She is also a co-investigator on grants exploring novel technology for monitoring eating behavior and weight loss.

She has delivered oral presentations at major conferences including the British Feeding Drinking Group and European Chemoreception Research Organization (ECRO).
