Her work integrates qualitative and quantitative methods, including ethnographic decision modeling and large-scale qualitative data analysis. Notable projects include analyzing driver behavior for fuel cell vehicles in California and assessing water insecurity among homeless populations in Phoenix. She has also explored cultural norms around wastewater reuse and climate risk perception in multiple countries.
