Assoc. Prof. Dr. Reşat Volkan Günel is a faculty member at the Faculty of Law of Near East University, serving as the International Law Program Director. He holds membership in the prestigious International Space Law Institute, an organization with UN observer status, and is the only Turk in this global body.
