Resul Cesur

Resul Cesur is an Associate Professor of Healthcare Economics and Finance at the University of Connecticut's School of Business. He is also a Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER) Health Economics Program and a Research Fellow at the Institute for the Study of Labor (IZA). His research focuses on healthcare policy, conflict effects on mental health, criminal behavior, and education impacts on health outcomes.
