Renaud TOULLEC is an Associate Professor in sedimentology at UniLaSalle, based at the Beauvais campus. He holds a PhD in Geology from the University of Bordeaux (2006). His professional experience includes a post-doctorate at the University of Marseille St Charles (2011-2013), research at TOTAL S.A. (2009-2011), and teaching roles at the University of Lille 1 (2007-2008).
His research focuses on sedimentary geology, diagenesis, and petrophysical properties of carbonate reservoirs. He leads the 'Diagenesis and reservoir properties of carbonate formations' course in the Master 2 Research GER program at the University of Montpellier. His teaching portfolio includes sedimentary geology, field geology, logging, and project management.
He supervises thesis initiation, end-of-study theses, and apprenticeship programs. As a member of the B2R research unit (Basins, Reservoirs, Resources - EA 7511), his work bridges academic research and industry applications in geosciences.
