Reinier Cobussen is an Assistant Professor at Utrecht University's Faculty of Law, Economics and Governance, affiliated with the Molengraaff Institute for Private Law. His work focuses on private law, commercial law, and transport law, with a particular emphasis on maritime and water governance contexts.
