Regina Erlenheim

Regina Erlenheim is the Vice-Rector for International Affairs at Estonian Business School and an e-governance expert. Her work focuses on designing proactive services from the perspectives of customers, service providers, and design processes.

Education:

• PhD from a joint program between the Tallinn University of Technology and Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, Australia

Research Interests span e-governance, service design, and smart government initiatives. Her studies explore how artificial intelligence, human-computer interaction, and digital platforms can enhance public sector efficiency.

Recent Publications highlight trends in AI readiness assessment, proactive service design, and sociotechnical systems in public governance. These works address the reactivity-proactivity spectrum and regional innovation in sectors like the silver economy.
