Educated at Baker College (BA in Business Management, MBA in HRM) and Walden University (Doctorate in Business Administration), she combines over 20 years of industry experience in Operations Management across Government, Automotive, and Retail sectors with academic leadership.
Her research and teaching focus on HRM, Leadership, and Small Business Administration. She authored books like *Handle Your Business: A Step-By-Step Blueprint for New Business Startups*.
