Reeda Al Sabri Halawi is an External PhD candidate in Criminal Law at Leiden University, focusing on 'Politics of Citizenship: Governing Religion through Migration Control in Lebanon.' She concurrently serves as a Counselor and Legal Manager in Qatar. Her academic roles include teaching 'Human Rights and European Criminal Law in Context' at Leiden Law School (2022–2023) and managing the LL.M. European Law program as Project Manager of the Europa Instituut.
