Rebekah Josberger is a Professor of Hebrew and Old Testament and Program Chair for the Master of Biblical Studies at Multnomah University. She specializes in Old Testament studies with a focus on Hebrew language education and Torah theology. Dr. Josberger holds a Ph.D. from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, an M.A. from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (two degrees), and a B.A. from Taylor University.
Her research explores the role of Torah as an invitation to imitate God's character, building on her doctoral work analyzing Deuteronomy's domestic ideology. She has developed a Hebrew program emphasizing practical ministry application, fostering a vibrant 'Hebrew family' among students. Her publications include academic biblical analysis and Hebrew language textbooks co-authored with Kevin Kutz.
