Dr. Rebecca Yu Li is a Senior Lecturer in Strategy and Management at Brunel Business School, Brunel University London. She previously served as a Lecturer in Marketing at the University of Essex and held leadership roles such as Research Seminar Coordinator. Her research focuses on sustainable innovation, blockchain adoption, regulatory impacts on innovation, and cross-border knowledge transfer.
- Education: PhD in Marketing (Durham University, 2018), MSc in Marketing and Management (Loughborough University, 2013), BSc in Statistics, Economics, and Finance (University College London, 2012)
Her work addresses critical challenges in innovation management, particularly in emerging markets and resource-constrained environments. Recent publications analyze blockchain adoption, regulatory frameworks, and open innovation dynamics. She leads initiatives like the Interactive AR and Carbon Coin projects, focusing on blockchain-enabled sustainability solutions.
