Dr. Rebecca Saunders is an Assistant Professor & Lecturer in Education at Mary Immaculate College (MIC), Ireland. She holds a PhD and extensive academic qualifications including a BA (Hons), Dip Ed, and MA. Her primary affiliation is with the Faculty of Education, where she specializes in instructional leadership, systemic educational change, and teacher professional learning.
