Rebecca Ryder-Caddy is a Curriculum Lead in Design & Creative Business at the CAS School of Arts & Creative Industries, alongside pursuing a PhD in the Research Centre for Arts, Memory and Communities. Her work bridges fashion practice, pedagogy, and child-centric design. With over 15 years' experience in higher education, she teaches across communication, CAD, and fashion promotion. Industry experience includes roles in men's denim, activewear, and costume design for film/TV. Her research focuses on how fashion practice can enhance child expression and well-being, particularly through innovative textiles and digital design.
