Rebecca Rogers

Rebecca Rogers serves as a University Professor at the University of Paris, specializing in the history of education with emphasis on 19th-century girls' schooling in France and colonial contexts. Affiliated with the Cerlis research center (Centre de recherche sociologiques sur le droit et les institutions pénales), she holds significant leadership roles including former President of the International Standing Conference for the History of Education (ISCHE, 2015-2018) and co-directorship of the journal Clio: Femmes, Genre, Histoire.
