Rebecca Mayo

Dr. Rebecca Mayo is a Senior Lecturer in the Printmedia and Drawing Workshop at the School of Art & Design, The Australian National University. Her practice bridges visual art and ecological care, focusing on printmaking and textile processes. She holds a PhD (ANU, 2018) titled 'Labours of Care: Art Practice and Urban Ecological Restoration', exploring how art can enact ecological responsibility through material processes.

Research Interests: Mayo’s work centers on labours of care, printmedia, natural dye practices, and urban ecology.
